*Under the Stars* is a silent visual poem that reimagines the sky above Miyashita Park as a living manuscript. While the city below operates at a high-velocity commercial rhythm, the sky writes in a deeper, slower cadence. This work utilizes *celestial semiotics*, a system of astronomical signs, to translate meteorological transitions into a non-linguistic narrative. By perceiving the sky as the ultimate "agent of drawing," the piece moves through six atmospheric phases where symbols act as a *silent syntax* for the passing of time. The narrative culminates in a planetary alignment along the ecliptic: Uranus, Saturn, Mars, and Mercury, centered by a Crescent Moon and flanked by Venus, Jupiter, Neptune, and Pluto. This curved 'sentence' of stars serves as a universal reminder of our shared perspective; regardless of the language we speak or the city we inhabit, we all stand under the same sky. Situated in the air above Shibuya, Miyashita Park acts as a bridge between the urban ground and the infinite. *Under the Stars* offers a moment of 'slow weather' within the fast-paced city fabric. It is an invitation for the viewer to look up and rediscover the poetic layer that exists between the heavens and the metropolis—a layer that is always writing, even when we are too busy to read it.
